This letter is useful when you are unable to get an appointment from an ad call. It sets up a reason to call and also reinforces the idea that you can help the prospect with any home for sale, not just your own listings. Remember that we need to remind all of our prospects that we are members of the multiple listing service, and as members we can show any listed home, regardless of the listing company.
